BIO
Born in Harlem Hospital, New York City a young Alfred loved to dance and imitate different performers. He received his formal dance training at the famed Broadway Dance Center in New York City. In addition to dance Alfred also had a passion for sport and excelled in a variety of sports at an early age such as football, track & field, boxing, basketball and fencing. His athletic career continued to University where he competed as a N.C.A.A. Division I athlete.
Alfred became a highly acclaimed dancer, athlete and lecturer. His successes has allowed him to keep a personal pledge to reinvest in the communities that supported him as a youth. Realizing the invaluable impact family, teachers and mentors had on his life, Alfred regularly volunteers providing educational cultural enrichment programs for students across the world.
He has also serves as panel moderator and judge for many prestigious dance conventions and festivals around the world. Alfred consistently receives rave reviews and offers for return engagements as a result of the depth of his content and high-spirited style and delivery. Alfred is open and transparent, sharing his personal triumphs as well as stumbles as the goal is honesty and empowerment.
