When speaking it is very important to know your audience and speak their language. “It is not what you say but how you say it”. Often we believe it is enough to simply read off facts and at the conclusion of our speech we are done. A sincere connection with your listeners will allow them to take the information with them long after you finished speaking. The lesson means nothing if it is not heard.
