The goal is accomplished by utilizing a diverse skill set and sharing a collection of unique life experiences and insight to maximize client potential, growth and advancement. Alfred teaches how to focus energy to the areas you want to achieve excellence and happiness by providing tailored solutions using proven tools and skilled communication. Alfred’s approach is lighthearted and straightforward but always honest as he makes the goals of clients’ his own. ALG provides the knowledge needed to achieve goals regardless of geographic location, age, class, culture, ethnicity or gender. Whatever dream drives you, ALG will help you realize it. Assistance is presented in many forms including shared life experiences, academia, practicality and lessons learned through old fashioned trial and error. Alfred has cataloged a wealth of experiences, both favorable and adverse, making them easily accessible and valuable.

Careful examination reveals there is a direct link between the areas of Arts, Entertainment and Fitness. Alfred continues to hone hone his skill in each individual field and explore the connection between. His expertise combined with skillful communication make him a valuable asset to many across the world.
ALG TRULY INTERNATIONAL
Since childhood Alfred has excelled in a diverse range of activities that include athletics, the arts and education. His passion and accomplishments in these areas provided the opportunity to relocate and continue his work in Asia. Working abroad allowed Alfred the opportunity for a different type of growth as his daily duties included teaching English to non English speaking students at public schools across Hong Kong, presenting seminars to native Chinese teachers on the various teaching styles and classroom management, conducting fitness classes and personal training at the largest sport club, coaching professional boxers and kick boxers, performing as a Tap soloist and teaching Tap and Hip Hop at dozens of dance centers across the country.
Antarctica being the sole continent not yet visited, Alfred has been fortunate to travel the world several times over. His talents have enabled him to work with and be of valuable service to Grammy, Tony and Oscar winners, world champion professional and ameutuer athletes and many other artists across the world.
THE FUTURE OF ALG
Alfred enjoys the multifaceted body of work and loves that he cannot be categorized in one field but he lists the ultimate goal the formation of a boutique Law firm that will cater exclusively to artists and athletes. Alfred believes he possesses the expertise, experience and empathy to best represent the interests of artists and athletes. Alfred never claims to be the best but challenges anyone to find another person in the world that can combine legal expertise, artistic experience, athletic accomplishment with skilled communication.

ALG encourages you to take time and fully explore our website. People are often skeptical if one person can possess several talents; seeing is believing. Over the years we have compiled thousands of photos and film documenting work with clients on six continents. We have assembled a small sample for your assessment in addition to ALG tips and advice, Fitness programs and other valuable information.
Sprinkled throughout the website are excerpts from Alfred’s forthcoming book “Harlem to Hong Kong: Travels of a Native Son”. The book consists of life reflections a simple as small self discovery, working with Michael Jackson, living and working in Asia, returning home to live in his birthplace of Harlem, NYC and all the stops in between.
